RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (REFUND VIA ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY)

Effective July 1, 2021, all returned items via courier service will be given online Store Credit only. We will not allow for exchange of sizes / any other items regardless of reason. We will not process any refund to the bank or credit card.

nichii Malaysia reserves the right to deny the refund via online store credit and/or exchange within the same physical store request if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements below.
The management of NFC CLOTHIER SDN. BHD. reserves the right to limit or refuse a claim, the right to vary or amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In any case of dispute, NFC CLOTHIER SDN. BHD. reserves the right of final decision.
